Gary and James came today to install our new AC system. I felt like the options were well explained when we made the decision to replace, and then the new system was installed in less than a week. I really appreciated the quick turnaround. Gary also really made an effort to get us the best deal for our money as we talked about the options and the timing of the install. The new system looks great and Gary even took some extra time to make sure some abnormalities were resolved with our thermostat after the install. I’ve had technicians from other companies who make you feel rushed at the end of the job and who may not answer your questions or make sure you are totally comfortable that your problems are resolved. Gary wasn’t like that at all. He really wanted to make sure that the job was done right and that we were happy with the service. We will definitely be calling Craig’s in the future.
